Position: Assistant Departmental Manager

Department: Graphic Designing  

Report to: Department Manager – WS & Copy to CEO

Location: Pemba

Contract: FULL-TIME

Salary Grade: C3

 

POSITION SUMMARY:

Assistant Departmental Manager – WS is the assistant to head of the department, responsible for supervising staffs within the department at Pemba Registered Office and perform all daily tasks associated with the Graphic Designing Department as a Manager.

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To manage/plan/control/coordinate/organize/direct the Web Solutions Department including staffs of the department and report direct to CEO.
  • To deals with customers and solve their problems.
  • To register/update/Manage etc our clients in the company based systems including Clients Management Information System etc.
  • To perform any other duties assigned by CEO

 

ELIGIBILITY FOR APPLICATION:

  • Diploma holder in ICT/Graphic designing or equivalent OR Diploma in Business Administration and Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  • The ability to work and communicate with people at all level/Good interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate advance level of knowledge planning system and practice from long-term to short term project.
  • Familiar with tools in Graphic Designing & ICT Security management.
  • Experiences in business continuity and practical skills to apply big data.
